Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Business Studies or its equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years managerial experience in the leasing of high rise corporate office buildings
  • Able to prepare business plans
  • Pleasant, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal, negotiation and customer relation skills
  • Familiarity with leasing and tenancy administration is important


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in property development, real estate (commercial or office buildings), building materials, facilities management or any other related experience in the property industry
  • Result-oriented with good leadership quality, strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as excellent proposal writing and presentation skills
  • Good analytical skills and demonstrate competitive business acumen and professional working attitude
  • Computer literate and good proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Possess own transport


Requirements:

  • LCCI or partial professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA) or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the related field
  • Good analytical, administrative and organising skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, high level of integrity and meticulous for details
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Words, Excel) and UBS
  • Must be willing to be relocated to other site offices in PJ/KL/Shah Alam depending on the requirements of the job


Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the security/armed forces/protective services industry
  • Good interpersonal, report writing and investigative skills


Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years experience in building facilities management especially in commercial air-conditioning systems maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Able to perform upgrading and refurbishment projects, testing and commissioning of building machinery and systems, handling building defects and rectification works
  • Able to work independently with good organising skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to write proposals and other technical reports


Requirements:

  • Degree/postgraduate Diploma/professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the construction/building/engineering/landscape industry is required for this position
  • Able to carry out assignments with minimum supervision, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • A team player and result oriented
