Responsible in managing and overseeing the operations of the automobile workshop which includes ensuring that the:

• Quality of service provided in the maintenance of a customer’s car is of high quality and meets/ exceeds customer satisfaction
• Business development and marketing efforts are executed to promote the company’s brand and services amongst high-end clients
• Cashflow of the company is monitored and controlled well to ensure that the company has a positive monthly cashflow balance. This requires that the internal billings, invoicing and collections are well executed
• Staff are performing to expectations and in accordance to the company’s policies, responsible in motivating and providing technical training to the staff in order that they are motivated to deliver results and provide quality service to clients
• Equipment used in the workshop are continuously upgraded and well maintained
• Stock control of spare parts are controlled and maintained well

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering/ Marketing/ Management
• Minimum 8 – 10 years in automobile trade with working experience in the automobile business in the capacity of Workshop Manager/ Service Manager/ Parts Manager
• Familiar with workshop businesses, importing of engine parts, overhauling, tuning and enhancing engine performances of high-end continental cars
• Competency in business development is highly important especially with regards to dealing with high net worth individuals who own luxury cars
• Firm disposition in managing workshop staff
• Strong in leadership skills and controls over inventory movements and purchasing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, honest with uncompromising integrity and service-oriented mindset

• Servicing and repairs of customers’ cars (performance/luxury) in a timely manner
• To assist the foreman when carrying out major jobs
• Assist in keeping the workshop clean
• Assist in keeping the tools clean and in proper order
• To do diagnosis and carry our repairs
• Carry out modifications and upgrading on vehicles when necessary
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment
• To do road test and also safety checks on vehicles

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the automobile industry
• Must possess the skills and knowledge of overhauling, tuning and enhancing engine performances of high end continental cars
• Strong organizational skills and a high degree of integrity and professionalism
• Driven, motivated and resourcefulness with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Preferably male candidate with physically and medically fit for employment
