Customer Support Assistant
Responsibilities:
- To assist the Car Park Supervisor/ Assistant Car Park Supervisor in the overall operation of the Car Parks
- To check that operational and directional signages are in place and well maintained
- To ensure smooth traffic flow within the car parks and to help clear any congestion quickly and effectively
- To relieve cashiers during meal breaks and staff on leave
- To be accountable and responsible for the monies handed over by cashiers during the closing of shifts
- To prepare and summarise all shift reports for the day and ensure that all monies, complimentary car park tickets and validations are duly accounted for
- To assist the Supervisor in the documentation and collection of season parking rentals
- To ensure that all monies are banked in accordance with the banking procedures
- To ensure that the cashiers are service oriented and deal with customers promptly efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
- At least SPM holder
- At least 1 year working experience in the car parking industry
- Able to perform simple arithmetic calculation
- Physically and medically fit Male or female candidate
- Willing to work on shift, public holidays or during weekends
- Able to communicate and interact with customer on car park information & issues
Assistant Manager/Senior Executive - Business Development
Responsibilities:
- To undertake extensive market research and prospect on the opportunities to extend car park management services to potential building owners and property managers
- To make contacts with prospects and make pre-sales proposals and presentations
- To continue engage potential customers and convert prospects into sales opportunities by making winning proposal
- To collect market intelligence on competitors approach and to make recommendations to counter competitors by introducing innovative methods
- To increase sundry income of the company by bringing in advertising revenue through media buyers/direct customers
- To increase rental income of the company by sourcing for the right tenants
- To work on event management projects
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Mass Communication
- Minimum three (3) years working experience in related field. Candidate with experience and contact in Property Management or Facilities Management which include car park equipment supplies will be advantageous
- Outgoing, pleasant, extrovert, self-driven and good at networking with people
- Able to work independently and withstand work pressures with minimum supervision
- Well verse with Klang Valley roads and properties
- Possess own transport
