The property management arm of the Group - See Hoy Chan Facilities Management Sdn. Bhd. was established in 1977. We are a full facilities management services provider for the Group, taking charge of its properties ranging from high rise commercial office buildings, multi-storey car park building, hawkers centre, 4-storey shop offices, residential houses and a retail shopplex.

Services includes tenancy management, upkeep and maintenance of buildings, security services, insurance and administrative matters.

CAR PARKS MANAGEMENT

Damansara Uptown Car Parks Sdn. Bhd commenced operations in 1996 as a manager of two car parks with about 700 car park bays belonging to the Group. We have since developed into a major car park operator and have been managing more than 3,000 car park bays in Damansara Uptown.

Our objective is to establish ourselves as a premier car park manager capable of providing a high quality of service in all facets of car park operations.
