i)  19 storey office tower with net lettable floor of 224,435 sq. ft. known as Uptown 1.

ii) 15 storey office tower with net lettable floor of 176,723 sq. ft. known as Uptown 2.

iii) Net lettable floor of 77,339 sq. ft. of office space in Uptown 5

iv) 54 units of 4 storey shop houses.

v) A 9 storey car park building with 1,500 car park bays.

vi) 5 units of terrace house.
