The suitable candidate is required to attend to the needs of the residents of the condominium including the following i.e. fee collections, maintenance, complaints, requests for upgrading and renovations.
To manage and oversee the Property Maintenance Department
- To formulate, implement and continuously review the policies and guidelines of the Company as regards to maintenance of properties so as to ensure that all properties are maintained effectively and efficiently.
- To ensure compliance with all statutory requirements in so far as maintenance of buildings is concerned.
