Asset Management Company Location

Sergeant/ Inspector – Auxiliary Police


Responsibilities:

  • Execution of the crime prevention and traffic control strategies for the overall security and safety of Damansara Uptown.
  • Ensuring that all AP personnel adhere to the provisions of the Police Act 1967, observe the Auxiliary Police Rules and Regulations.
  • Establish good rapport with PRDM and other safety agencies such as BOMBA, Road and Transport Department, Majlis Perbandaran Petaling Jaya (MPPJ), in the development and implementation of contingency plans for emergencies and rescue services, and in the establishment of good community relations.

Requirements:

  • Possess valid Auxiliary Police Basic Training Certificate from Pulapol
    At least 5 years of working experience in auxiliary police/ police force, and at least 3 years relevant experience holding the rank of
    Inspector, Sergeant  or similar capacity.
  • Familiar with Police Act 1967 (Malaysia) and Polis Bantuan regulations 1970.
  • Former Auxiliary Police/Police/Armed Forces with similar capacity are encouraged to apply.
  • Good command of English and report writing skills.
  • Must be physically fit and free of any criminal records.
  • Able to work on day/night shifts, weekends and public holidays (6 days work).

Executive - Leasing


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the leasing of existing premium shop offices and corporate office buildings.
  • Manage the day-to-day leasing activities & operations.
  • Assisting & ensuring all tenancy matters are effectively monitored.
  • Assisting in ensuring & monitoring the tenancy expiry and following up with the tenants on renewal cases.
  • Maintaining a good relationship with active property agents.
  • Regular visitations & build up rapport with tenants.
  • Assist in negotiating with tenants on the terms & conditions of Tenancy Agreement.
  • Conduct regular tenants search for the compilation of potential tenants’ database.
  • Handle pre-tenancy and post-tenancy matters such as issuance of Letter of Offer & Tenancy Agreement.
  • Follow-up all the relevant documents until the Tenancy Agreement of Letter of Offer is fully executed by parties, landlord & tenants.
  • Resolve disputes or complaints from tenants if any.
  • Provide administration support to the Head of Department – Leasing (which includes filing, new leasing inquiries & potential tenant follow up, correspondences, collection of tenant documentation etc).

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years working in the similar capacity in leasing premium shop offices and corporate office buildings.
  • Independent, resourceful, dynamic and self-motivated.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills (proficiency in written and spoken English).
  • Good selling skills.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Have a valid driving license with own transport.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and preparing the tenancy agreement for retail mall and commercial buildings.
  • Ensuring statutory compliance.
  • Conveyancing and documentation.
  • Preparing reports related to tenancy and compliance.
  • Provide tenancy administration support.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years hands-on working experience in preparing tenancy agreement and conveyancing for retail mall and commercial buildings.
  • Understanding in contract law, stamp duty act and law related to buildings

  • Clear understanding on statutory compliance for building for example, assessment, quit rent, utilities and etc.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day Compensation & Benefits related operational functions.
  • Attend to employees’ queries on matters related to Compensation & Benefits.
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of monthly payroll processing function.
  • Provide support in the maintenance of Orisoft and People Directory systems to ensure that all employees’ records / data are correctly recorded and kept updated.
